Myles Jack 2022 NFL Player Outlook: Return Of Blitzburgh?
2 years agoIt was a surprise to many when the Jacksonville Jaguars parted ways with inside linebacker Myles Jack. The UCLA product led the Jaguars with 108 tackles in 2021. He's now racked up over 100-plus tackles in three of his last four seasons. The Pittsburgh Steelers jumped at the opportunity to sign the 27-year-old to a two-year $16 million deal joining Devin Bush in the linebacker unit. Pittsburgh's defense last season was nothing like "Blitzburgh" the season prior. The team went from leading the league in pressure rate to 18th in 2021. Jack, the former second-round pick, will help improve the team's pressure rate and defense. He is ranked 50th out of all the defensive players in fantasy and should have a vital role in Pittsburgh's talented group of linebackers.
