Rams Remain Optimistic About Re-Signing Odell Beckham Jr.
3 years agoLos Angeles Rams COO Kevin Demoff remains optimistic that the team will be able to re-sign wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. this year. "The one variable that hasn't changed is how much we love him and want him to be here. I think he's expressed, over social, his desire to be here. Am I optimistic we can get a deal done over time? Yes," Demoff said. There's no specific timeline to complete a deal for Beckham, who is currently recovering from a torn ACL suffered during the Super Bowl. OBJ caught 27 passes for 305 yards and five touchdowns in eight regular season games for the Rams and caught 21 passes for 288 yards and two touchdowns during the Super Bowl run in the playoffs. It remains to be seen if he'll return to LA, but Beckham is looking at a late-November return from his knee injury.
