Andrew Heaney Looks Good In Rehab Outing
3 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers starting pitcher Andrew Heaney (shoulder) looked good in his second minor league rehab start for Triple-A Oklahoma City on Thursday night, tossing 4 1/3 scoreless innings while allowing two hits, walking none and striking out five. Heaney threw 62 pitches in all, and he's allowed just one run while striking out 10 in his two rehab starts so far. The 31-year-old southpaw will probably make one more rehab outing before the Dodgers activate him from the injured list and return him to their starting rotation. If he was dropped in your fantasy league, now would be the time to pick him up. Heaney hadn't allowed a run in 10 1/3 innings over two starts while striking out 16 before his injury.
