Tylor Megill's MRI Reveals No Structural Damage
3 years agoThe New York Mets received the results of the MRI on starting pitcher Tylor Megill (biceps) on Sunday. The MRI showed no structure damage and he has been diagnosed with right biceps tendinitis. According to Mets beat writer Anthony DiComo, the team plans to keep Megill from throwing for a few days, allowing the inflammation to settle. After that, the team will reassess. Megill was placed on the 15-day injured list on Sunday, so he will at least be out of the rotation for the next three turns. We should have a more clear idea of his timeline sometime this next week.
