3 years agoChicago White Sox closer Liam Hendriks is being listed as day-to-day after suffering back spasms in Minnesota over the weekend. Hendriks was hit with the loss on Sunday when he allowed two earned runs on three hits with a walk and a strikeout in 1 1/3 innings against the Twins. The White Sox have downplayed the severity of the injury, so it looks like the 33-year-old will avoid the injured list for now. But fantasy managers might be without one of the best closers in the game for another day or two. If a save situation arises on Tuesday against the Kansas City Royals and Hendriks is not available, the save opportunity could go to Aaron Bummer or Kendall Graveman.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
