Harold Ramirez Batting Cleanup For Rays Saturday
3 years agoTampa Bay Rays outfielder Harold Ramirez is batting cleanup and playing first base for the second time in his career on Saturday as his club faces off against Michael Kopech and the White Sox. Since his acquisition from the Marlins at the tail-end of spring training, the 27-year-old has started two games as the club's three-hole hitter while also getting a starts as a DH, left fielder, and first baseman in a typical Rays versatile role. He's 4-for-14 in the early going with a pair of runs and an RBI, but if he continues to occupy valuable real estate in the Tampa Bay batting order, he will have deep-league fantasy appeal.
