3 years agoThe Buffalo Bills placed quarterback Mitchell Trubisky on the Reserve/COVID-19 list on Saturday. Trubisky will miss the Week 9 game against the Jacksonville Jaguars, so the Bills will need to add another QB to their active roster to serve as Josh Allen's backup in Week 9 on Sunday. Davis Webb is currently the only signal-caller on the team's practice squad, but he should be expected to be elevated to the active roster in time for Sunday's game. If Trubisky is unvaccinated, he won't be eligible to return for a Week 10 game against the New York Jets, either. The former first-round pick of the Chicago Bears in 2017 has completed both of his pass attempts and has also seen 10 carries for 27 yards and a touchdown in three games for Buffalo this year as Allen's backup.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
