ANALYSIS: Can't lie about Caleb Martin's situation in Miami after Jimmy Butler came back a couple of weeks ago. Martin was sent to the pine the minute Jimmer was back, yes, and that lowered his appeal and his upside a bit, yes, but Martin has sustained his 20+ MPG playing time since then and he's still doing what he's asked to do at a reasonably nice efficiency. Good for fantasy GMs looking for options in the WW, Martin has had a couple of rough outings this week opening a buy-low window for you to take advantage of.
Martin's lines on the first two games of this week against NYK and LAC went for just 2-3-1-0-1 and 0-7-2 shooting zero-percent from the floor on 8 combined FGA. Ugh. That truly sucked to watch, as true as it gets. But from Jan. 14 to Jan. 23 and with Jimmy Butler starting at SF, Martin has been part of the Heat second unit while nearly averaging a much better 12-4-1-2 per game on about 24 MPG. The shooting was definitely not a net-zero-percent, but a cool 55%+ instead while he was good to hoist 8 FGA in the six games played before this week in that span.
You can of course forget about the tad-higher starting-Martin numbers (15-6-1-1) basically due to those being aided by a way higher playing time even on lower usage rates. Martin is going to keep his shooting stroke up, is good from beyond the arc (1+ 3PM per game in the last month of play, 50/37/72 shooting splits on the season), and provides some help on the rebounds (4.3 RPG) and steals (1.0 SPG) cats while limiting his turnovers to just 0.8 TOPG.

BALLER MOVE: Add in 14+ Team Leagues ROSTERED IN: 8% of leagues ANALYSIS: The surge of Deni Avdija in all fantasy leaderboards has a very easy-to-grasp reason and that's Kyle Kuzma missing time with an injury.
