Lamar Jackson Not Practicing Thursday
3 years agoBaltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson (ankle) was not practicing on Thursday in the portion open to the media. It comes just one day after he was limping badly in practice on Wednesday when he was listed as limited. It's a downgrade for Jackson, and although the Ravens expected him to return from a two-game absence to play in Week 17 against the Los Angeles Rams, it's now looking like Jackson could miss his third straight game. It also comes as backup Tyler Huntley was activated from the COVID list on Thursday, so Huntley would be available to start if the Ravens aren't comfortable with Jackson's progress. Jackson will have Friday to ramp his activity back up, but his fantasy managers need to have a backup plan in place. Huntley would be a low-end QB2 against the Rams if he makes another start.
