James Conner Confident He'll Play In Week 16
3 years agoArizona Cardinals running back James Conner (heel) said he's confident he'll play in Week 16 against the Indianapolis Colts on Saturday. Conner said it will all come down to pain management of his heel injury, and he added that his ankle is fine. The 26-year-old did not practice all week and is officially a game-time decision on Christmas Day. If you trust Conner, he'll be active, but we suggest you check back on Saturday to make sure. If he's active, we could see more of a split between Conner and Chase Edmonds, who made his return from Injured Reserve in last week's loss to the Detroit Lions. Conner has been the RB4 in fantasy thanks to 16 total touchdowns, but he'll be a volatile low-end RB2 if he's active and limited.
