No Sign Of Jamison Crowder At Practice Thursday
3 years agoThere is no sign of New York Jets wide receiver Jamison Crowder (calf) at the start of practice on Thursday. If Crowder is given a DNP, it will be his second missed practice of the week, which doesn't bode well for his status in Week 16 against the Jacksonville Jaguars. It's a new injury for the 28-year-old, too, so if he doesn't practice on Friday, he'll likely be out this weekend. Rookie Elijah Moore (quadriceps) is out one more week and Corey Davis is out for the year, so Gang Green would be down to Braxton Berrios, Keelan Cole and Denzel Mims at the receiver position if Crowder is unable to play. Crowder and Berrios have been the best bets in fantasy for the Jets at WR, but it's extremely hard to count on any pass-catcher in this offense with the way rookie quarterback Zach Wilson has been struggling.
