D.J. Moore Likely To Be Game-Time Decision In Week 16
3 years agoCarolina Panthers head coach Matt Rhule said that wide receiver D.J. Moore (hamstring), who missed practice on Wednesday, is likely to be a game-time decision on Sunday against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Moore played almost all of the team's offensive snaps in the Week 15 loss to the Buffalo Bills and caught six of his 11 targets for 48 yards on Sunday. It's been hard to trust anyone in Carolina's offense given their struggles at quarterback, but Moore has been the one fantasy relevant receiver because of his large target share (31 targets in the last three games). Moore will be an even riskier WR3/flex this weekend because of his injury status, but he'll continue to have a decent floor if he plays. Robby Anderson and rookie Terrace Marshall Jr. figure to serve as the team's top pass-catchers if Moore is unable to play.
