J.D. McKissic, Curtis Samuel Not Practicing
3 years agoWashington Football Team running back J.D. McKissic (concussion) and wide receiver Curtis Samuel (hamstring) were not at practice on Saturday. Before Washington's Week 15 game against the Philadelphia Eagles was moved to Tuesday due to COVID concerns, McKissic was listed as questionable and Samuel was ruled out. Both players now have a couple more days to get right, but the fact that neither has been able to practice all week still makes them unlikely to suit up on Tuesday. Antonio Gibson should see all the work he can handle in Washington's backfield, while Jonathan Williams and rookie Jaret Patterson will pitch in sparingly. With Samuel likely to miss yet another game and with Terry McLaurin (concussion) iffy, Adam Humphries and DeAndre Carter could be the team's leading receivers against Philly.
