Qadree Ollison Back Up From Practice Squad
3 years agoThe Atlanta Falcons elevated running back Qadree Ollison from the practice squad to the active roster on Saturday. Atlanta also activated edge-rusher Steven Means (knee) from Injured Reserve. Both players will be available in Week 13 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Ollison had nine carries for 34 yards in Week 11 and was primed to see a bigger role in the offense but wasn't on the active roster in last week's win over the Jacksonville Jaguars. Cordarrelle Patterson was out with an ankle injury in Week 11 when Ollison served as the team's primary back, so if he's mixed in on Sunday against a tough Tampa run defense, it'll likely be at the expense of the ineffective Mike Davis. Ollison shouldn't be in any starting fantasy lineups with Patterson healthy.
