Darren Waller Won't Suit Up This Week
3 years agoLas Vegas Raiders tight end Darren Waller (knee) missed his third straight practice on Friday and will not play in Week 13 against the Washington Football Team. Waller was listed as week-to-week earlier this week, so fantasy managers should've already been preparing for a potential absence this weekend after the 29-year-old suffered a knee injury in last week's Thanksgiving win over the Dallas Cowboys. With an extra week of rest, hopefully fantasy managers will have the high-end TE1 back in time for Week 14, the final week before the fantasy playoffs in most leagues. In Waller's absence, Foster Moreau becomes an attractive TE streamer, especially if receiver DeSean Jackson (calf) can't play or is limited. Moreau caught all six of his targets for 60 yards and a touchdown in the only other game that Waller has missed this season.
