Sterling Shepard Still Absent From Practice Friday
3 years agoNew York Giants wide receiver Sterling Shepard (quadriceps) took part in individual drills on Friday but was ultimately listed as a non-participant for the second straight day. It doesn't look like Shepard is ready to return coming out of the bye week, so fantasy managers should plan on using him in Week 11 on Monday night against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. If Shepard misses another game, Kenny Golladay, rookie Kadarius Toney and Darius Slayton should work in three-receiver sets against a very vulnerable Tampa Bay secondary that just put cornerback Richard Sherman (calf) on Injured Reserve this week. Shepard has been out since Week 8 and has managed to play in only five games this year due to injury.
