Miles Sanders Still Up In The Air For Week 11
3 years agoThe Philadelphia Eagles are still waiting to see how running back Miles Sanders (ankle) does the next two days before they decide on activating him from Injured Reserve in time for the Week 11 game against the New Orleans Saints. Sanders missed the minimum three games on IR and returned to practice earlier this week, but the fact that the Eagles still are not sure whether Sanders will return to play suggests that he's more likely to sit out another game and try to return next week. And if the 24-year-old is activated and active on Sunday in a tough draw against the Saints, fantasy managers should be extremely wary of starting him due to a potential limited workload. Jordan Howard has been the primary guy in recent weeks with Sanders out, with Boston Scott also being productive in a smaller role. When Sanders returns, this Philly backfield could become a downright frustrating committee.
