Another Missed Practice For Aaron Jones
3 years agoGreen Bay Packers running back Aaron Jones (knee) missed his second straight day of practice this week on Thursday. Jones is expected to miss one to two weeks after suffering a sprained MCL in the Week 10 win over the Seattle Seahawks, so his absence at practice this week isn't a big surprise. A.J. Dillon will take over the team's lead-back duties for however long Jones is out, and he'll have RB1 upside this weekend against a Minnesota Vikings defense that is allowing 130.6 rushing yards per game through 10 weeks. With Jones getting injured last Sunday, Dillon took over and handled a season-high 21 carries for 66 yards and two touchdowns while adding two catches for 62 yards through the air.
