Cole Beasley Doesn't Practice Wednesday
3 years agoBuffalo Bills wide receiver Cole Beasley (ribs) did not participate in practice on Wednesday while dealing with injured ribs that caused him to miss much of the second half in the team's Week 9 loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars. The 32-year-old was basically used as an extension of the running game with Buffalo's ground attack going nowhere. He was peppered with 11 targets and caught eight of them for only 33 yards. Beasley has 24 targets in the last two games, adding up to 18 receptions for 143 yards. If he's active this weekend against the New York Jets, he'll be a WR3/flex in PPR leagues as the Bills look to bounce back from their surprising loss. If Beasley can't play or is limited, Isaiah McKenzie would be in line to see increased playing time out of the slot.
