Dolphins Plan To Start Tua Tagovailoa For The Rest Of The Year
3 years agoMiami Dolphins head coach Brian Flores said that barring injury, quarterback Tua Tagovailoa will start for the rest of the 2021 season. Trade rumors continue to swirl around the Dolphins trading for Houston Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson, but the two sides remain apart, and then there's the big issue of Watson's pending legal matters. The deadline is on Tuesday, but it seems more likely that if the Dolphins or any other team trades for Watson, it won't happen until the offseason, when there should be more clarity on his legal process. Since returning from fractured ribs, Tagovailoa has been excellent against two weak teams (Jaguars and Falcons), throwing for 620 yards, six touchdowns and two interceptions. Fantasy managers should temper expectations against a tough Buffalo Bills defense this weekend with Miami on the road.
