Julio Jones Ruled Out Late On Monday Night
3 years agoTennessee Titans wide receiver Julio Jones (hamstring) was ruled out late in the fourth quarter of the Monday night game against the Buffalo Bills. Jones had missed the previous two games with a hamstring injury that appears to have aggravated on Monday night. Heading into a short week against the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 7, it seems unlikely that Jones will be able to suit up. Before leaving the game with a gimpy hamstring, the veteran receiver caught three of his five targets for 59 scoreless yards. Jones has one 100-yard game in his first season with Tennessee, but he's yet to find the end zone and could miss more time moving forward. The nagging leg injuries seem to be adding up for the 32-year-old. A.J. Brown is the clear lead target in this passing game, and Nick Westbrook-Ikhine and Chester Rogers will have bigger roles if Jones misses additional time.
