Curtis Samuel A No-Show Again Thursday
3 years agoWashington Football Team wide receiver Curtis Samuel (groin) remained out of practice on Thursday during the media-viewing portion. Samuel has been dealing with this same groin injury since training camp. He finally made his season debut in Week 4, but he aggravated the groin on Sunday and is now in danger of missing another game this weekend against the Kansas City Chiefs. The 25-year-old caught all four of his targets for only 19 yards in Week 4. Samuel was expected to be a big part of this offense in his first season in D.C., but that hasn't transpired due to his injury. If he were to miss another game, Terry McLaurin and Adam Humphries would be the top two receivers yet again. Rookie wide receiver Dyami Brown (knee) and wideout Cam Sims (hamstring) could also be returning after sitting out in Week 5.
