3 years agoDenver Broncos tight end Noah Fant got off to a strong start in 2021 in the 27-13 Week 1 season-opening win over the New York Giants on Sunday. Fant had a team-high eight targets and caught six of them (tied for the team lead) for 62 scoreless yards. The 23-year-old wasn't really a factor in the red zone and saw backup Albert Okwuegbunam steal a touchdown away, but fantasy managers can't really complain with his usage in Week 1. On top of that, Fant should only see more looks in the coming weeks after No. 2 wideout Jerry Jeudy suffered a high-ankle sprain in the win. Fant opened up the year as a viable low-end starting TE1, and he'll head into Week 2 with even more optimism and upside against the Jaguars.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
