3 years agoMinnesota Twins second baseman/shortstop Jorge Polanco (back) is absent from Sunday's lineup with a back issue. Polanco is getting a day off to rest his lower back, which has been bothering him a bit lately. Fantasy managers should consider Polanco, who owns a .873 OPS with five homers in July, day-to-day for now. Nick Gordon will take over at second and bat seventh against Angels righty Jaime Barria. Gordon has swiped five bases this year, but is batting just .179 with 12 strikeouts in 28 at-bats in July.--Tim Capurso
