Dawson Knox 2021 Outlook: Good for the Bills, Not So Good for Fantasy
4 years agoDawson Knox was an effective weapon for quarterback Josh Allen in the red zone last year, but it was not enough to make him fantasy relevant. He finished as the TE35 in PPR leagues with a mediocre 24 receptions for 288 yards and three touchdowns. He also added 10 receptions for 65 yards and two touchdowns in the postseason. 2021 will likely be no different for Knox because there are too many superior options in the passing game and his volume is likely capped at 55-60 targets. Stefon Diggs will see the lion's share of targets, and the Bills added Emmanuel Sanders in free agency to compliment Cole Beasley and popular breakout candidate Gabriel Davis. Knox is currently undrafted in redraft leagues, and he should stay that way. He is good for the Bills, not so good for fantasy.
