4 years agoArizona Diamondbacks starting pitcher Luke Weaver (shoulder) is currently awaiting the results of a second opinion. Weaver has been dealing with a right shoulder strain, an injury that forced him to exit Sunday's start against the Nationals. The 27-year-old is currently sitting on a 4.50 ERA throughout 40 innings of work this season. Although he can't be relied on for wins, his tendency to rack up strikeouts on occasion will be missed by fantasy managers if he is out longer than expected.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller
