Freddie Freeman Slugs 250th Career Homer
4 years agoAtlanta Braves first baseman Freddie Freeman went 2-for-4 with his 250th career home run during the club's 5-1 victory over the Milwaukee Brewers on Saturday. The 31-year-old veteran is still struggling to hit for average in 2021 but he's up to 10 home runs on the season through 38 games. Freeman is making up for his low batting average by getting on base at a high rate via the walk. He has a BB-K ratio of 25-27. He remains a solid buy-low candidate in fantasy if you can find an opposing manager willing to make a swap. With a career .293 batting average, he's due to get hot.
