4 years agoAtlanta Braves second baseman Ozzie Albies is saying goodbye to April with a bang. The 24-year-old infielder had two hits, including a double, on Thursday during the club's 9-3 loss to the Chicago Cubs. Over the past four games, Albies is 8-for-17 (.471) with four doubles and a home run. He's produced some power early on — with 13 of 19 hits going for extra bases — but has otherwise struggled to hit for average. He's batting just .226 and has a 108 wRC+ through 23 games. Last season, Albies hit .271 with six home runs and a 103 wRC+. He hit at least 40 doubles and 24 homers in both 2018 and 2019.--Marc Hulet - RotoBaller
