Seahawks Bring Back Ethan Pocic
4 years agoThe Seattle Seahawks re-signed interior offensive lineman Ethan Pocic to a one-year, $3 million deal on Thursday, according to a source. The team's starting center will return. The 25-year-old started 14 games last year and found a home at center after playing both guard positions over his first three seasons in the league. Pocic was ranked 16th last season in pass-block win rate at his position. The second-round pick in 2017 has made 30 starts in four NFL seasons. Seattle also traded for guard Gabe Jackson, which should make quarterback Russell Wilson happy about his protection heading into 2021. Left tackle Duane Brown, right tackle Brandon Shell and right guard Damien Lewis will all return.
