Kenny Golladay Met With Bears Wednesday
4 years agoDetroit Lions free-agent wide receiver Kenny Golladay met with Chicago Bears general manager Ryan Pace and head coach Matt Nagy on Wednesday night, according to a source. Golladay is scheduled for a visit with the New York Giants on Thursday. The 27-year-old also reportedly has an offer on the table from the Cincinnati Bengals. With Andy Dalton the current expected starter in Chicago, the Bears would probably be the least attractive landing spot from a fantasy perspective for Golladay. He had back-to-back 1,000-yard receiving seasons in 2018 and 2019 with Detroit, but Golladay played in just five games due to injury last year. It's part of the reason why Cincy's reported offer is a one-year, prove-it deal. Golladay would combine to form a tantalizing duo with Allen Robinson II if he landed in Chicago, though.
