4 years agoThe Houston Texans signed free-agent linebacker Kamu Grugier-Hill to a one-year deal worth up to $3.25 million on Monday, according to a source. One of the league's best coverage linebackers, Grugier-Hill will reunite with general manager Nick Caserio, who drafted him with the New England Patriots. The 26-year-old spent the 2020 season with the Dolphins, recording 28 combined tackles (21 solo), two QB hits, one fumble recovery and one sack in 15 games (one start). He was drafted in the sixth round of the 2016 draft by the Patriots, but he spent the first four years of his career playing for the Philadelphia Eagles, where he played in 54 games (16 starts) and tallied 76 solo tackles (11 for loss), three QB hits, one interception and one sack.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
