4 years agoPittsburgh Penguins goaltender Casey DeSmith will take the crease as his team faces off against the New York Islanders on Thursday. The 27-year-old last dressed in a 3-1 loss to the New York Rangers on Feb. 1, when he allowed two goals on 23 shots against. The Penguins backup netminder has had good results in winning three of his four starts in 2020-2021, but he likely wants to improve his 2.85 goals-against average and .882 save percentage. He's not the most desirable goaltender streaming option on a busy Thursday slate, but he could have value to fantasy managers in need of a win.--Chase Davis - RotoBaller
