4 years agoThe Tampa Bay Buccaneers promoted wide receiver Jaydon Mickens to the active roster on Wednesday and placed running back Kenjon Barner on Injured Reserve in a corresponding move. Mickens has been more of a special teams contributor for the Bucs this year than an offensive threat, catching just seven passes on 10 targets for 58 yards while being buried on the depth chart behind Mike Evans, Chris Godwin, Antonio Brown, Scotty Miller and Justin Watson. The 26-year-old has returned 15 punts for 99 yards and 12 kickoffs for 289 total yards in nine games for the team this year. Mickens will likely continue to operate mainly on special teams for the rest of the season, so fantasy managers can ignore him.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
