ANALYSIS: While Josh Allen could very well win you the league, Gabriel Davis probably won't. That doesn't matter if you happen to play in a deeper competition, though, as Allen's season and current run should raise the upside of every receiver near him going forward, making Davis a good option in those deeper leagues.
In a fairly low volume and usage, Davis is making the most of his chances and you could even put him above WR Cole Beasley in Buffalo's pecking order these days. Davis has been targeted 8 times this season... and has caught all 8 passes thrown his way! He's been automatic as hell catching the rock, and he's racked up 129 yards already and scored 2 TDs (one in W2, the other this past weekend).
If he is able to keep up this über-efficient game he will only get more and more opportunities and see more targets down the road, guaranteed.
Another good-looking fact at least to target Davis this week as a WW pickup: Buffalo faces no. 21 defense against WRs in fantasy points allowed in Tennesse next week. If only for a single game (Kansas City comes next and boasts the no. 1 defense...) you should make Davis a priority in your deeper leagues and play him at the FLEX spot confidently. Pass on him in shallower formats, though, as his upside and ceiling aren't that high due to his low volume
