Dario Saric 2019 Player Outlook
5 years agoPhoenix Suns forward Dario Saric hasn't done much wrong during his three-year NBA career, but he's still set to represent his third different team in less than 12 months. The Croatian was traded by Philadelphia to Minnesota in November and he now finds himself in Phoenix after a draft-day deal. The Suns have added a good piece, as Saric has so far performed well in the league, notching 12.7 points per game with 6.2 rebounds and 2.1 assists. He's a 43 percent career shooter from the field who's hitting close to 36 percent of his treys. Saric has proven that it doesn't really matter for him if he's a starter or a bench contributor, but it should be encouraging for potential fantasy owners that he's currently projected to start at the power forward position. Last season, Saric produced 11.7 points per game, 6.1 rebounds, and 1.8 assists in 41 starts, logging 27.3 minutes. We can expect Saric to show similar numbers in 2019-20, and with a few more minutes on the floor, getting close to 15 points a night shouldn't be a bone-breaking task for him.
