Thaddeus Young 2019 Player Outlook
5 years agoChicago Bulls power forward Thaddeus Young made the move to the Windy City after another underrated fantasy campaign in 2017-18. Young posted 12.6 points, 6.5 rebounds, 2.5 assists (second highest in his career), 1.5 steals, and 0.6 triples a night with solid shooting from the floor (52.7%), but did struggle at the line making just 64.4%, yet only took 1.7 a night, so not enough to really bring you down there. He will be coming off the bench this year and will be backing up Lauri Markkanen who is poised for a big season. Keep in mind though that Markkanen has missed 44 games over his first two seasons and Young is a bit of an Ironman laying at least 73 games over his last seven seasons. He always slips in drafts and always seems to overachieve. He may have more obstacles this season, but keep an eye on this undervalued veteran.
