Keke Coutee 2019 Fantasy Outlook: Undervalued Slot Receiver In Promising Offense
5 years agoCoutee was carted off in week 1 of the preseason, and has been diagnosed with a “not major” right ankle injury. Teams don’t have to release an injury report yet, so the Texans haven’t said much about Coutee. All signs point to him being ready for the regular season, and he’s in a great spot this season. Coutee played just seven games in his rookie season, and saw more targets than DeAndre Hopkins when the pair were on the field together. He’ll be in the slot for the Texans and while he’s hypothetically the third option behind Hopkins and Fuller, he will see comparable targets. He’s much better in a PPR league and I’d be willing to take him all the way up into the ninth round. He’s currently being drafted in the 12th round in Yahoo! Leagues and makes for a great value in this prolific offense.
