Josh Harrison Released by Tigers
5 years agoDetroit Tigers second baseman Josh Harrison has been released by the organization on Friday. He hit .176/.219/.265 over 36 games with Detroit, so not exactly elite numbers. He's been sidelined since May due to hamstring surgery, but appears ready to play after recent rehab work. He could land on a contending team, but it's unclear how much playing time he'd see. Harrison should be left on the waiver wire in all formats.
