Josh Allen Leads Pass-Heavy Attack On Thursday
5 years agoThe Buffalo Bills allowed their quarterback Josh Allen to let loose in his 2019 preseason debut on Thursday. Passing plays were called on 15 of the 17 plays during Allen's first two drives in the game. He wound up completing six of 11 passes for 66 yards on the game before Matt Barkley took over. It's certainly a good sign that the Bills wanted Allen to come out firing and had a pass-heavy playbook during his series. He's an intriguing sleeper option at quarterback who is especially enticing in two-quarterback leagues.
