Will Dissly May Not Be The Starter
5 years agoSeattle Seahawks tight end Will Dissly was penciled in to be the starter this season after coming back from a torn patellar tendon that he suffered last September, but offensive coordinator Brian Schottenheimer is already discussing using a committee for the position. Schottenheimer made a point of complimenting Dissly's abilities as both a pass-catcher and a blocker, but he then immediately launched into all the other possible candidates for the position. It's not clear if this is just to keep the team's fourth-rounder from 2018 working hard, but it could be a concern for those in deep leagues who think he could be a sleeper.
