Reynaldo Lopez Has Third Straight Quality Start
5 years agoIn a July 4 interview, Chicago White Sox pitcher Reynaldo Lopez said that we would "see a different pitcher going forward for the second half of the season" and so far, he's been absolutely right. On Wednesday, Lopez had his longest outing of the season, going eight innings and allowing four hits, one walk and two earned runs while striking out ten. Lopez had allowed just two earned runs over 13 innings in his previous two starts, so clearly he's in the midst of a bit of a hot streak. He's a worthy add in AL-only leagues and 12+ team leagues with the hope that he can keep this streak going.
