Rashaad Penny Drawing Rave Reviews
6 years agoSeattle Seahawks running back Rashaad Penny has been drawing raves for his conditioning this offseason. Penny played second fiddle to Chris Carson, who had a great season in 2018, but the 23-year-old was a first-round pick and will continue to become a bigger part of this offense as he matures and improves. He's extremely quick and elusive and averaged 4.9 yards per carry with two touchdowns on 85 attempts in his rookie season over 14 games. With Carson already dealing with an injury after having offseason surgery, Penny's stock is on the rise. He should have standalone fantasy value even if Carson is healthy, but his upside is among the highest for second-year backs.
