Chris Harris Jr. Gets His Raise Tuesday
6 years agoThe Denver Broncos and cornerback Chris Harris Jr. reached an agreement on Tuesday on a one-year contract adjustment for 2019, according to sources. Harris was scheduled to make $8.9 million this year but will instead rake in $12.05 million. The 29-year-old has become one of the best cornerbacks in the league. He had 49 tackles, one sack, three interceptions (one touchdown) and 10 passes defensed in 12 games last season. He'll lead Denver's secondary for at least one more season in new head coach Vic Fangio's defense.
