6 years agoColorado Rockies first baseman Ian Desmond (rest) is out of the starting lineup for Saturday's game against the Philadelphia Phillies. Desmond has a shaky .219 batting average, but has hit five home runs and knocked in 20 runs. David Dahl will draw the start in center field and at third versus righty Aaron Nola.
