6 years agoThe Tampa Bay Rays placed catcher Mike Zunino on the paternity list on Friday and called up catcher Nick Ciuffo from the minors in a corresponding move. He will miss around one to three games as a result. Zunino has never hit for average (.196), but he also hasn't gone deep yet this year in 51 at-bats and has 13 strikeouts for his fantasy owners. Not the start he or his owners had envisioned. Michael Perez and Ciuffo will split time behind the plate until Zunino returns.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
