6 years agoIndianapolis Colts wide receiver Chester Rogers signed his one-year, second-round tender for $3.095 million on Monday. Rogers was a restricted free agent. He caught a career-high 53 passes for 485 yards and two touchdowns in a full season last year and could be in the slot in 2019 between T.Y. Hilton and Devin Funchess. The Colts offense is on the rise with a healthy Andrew Luck under center, so Rogers could improve on his numbers from a season ago if everything goes according to plan.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
