6 years agoMinnesota Twins outfielder Byron Buxton (back, ribs) is not in the starting lineup on Wednesday after crashing into the outfield wall on Tuesday night. He's dealing with a ribs contusion and a sore back, but it's not considered serious. Jake Cave is in right field and is hitting sixth, while Max Kepler shifts over to center field and is batting leadoff against Royals starting pitcher Homer Bailey. Expect Buxton to return to the lineup sometime this weekend. Kepler's DFS value receives a boost in a juicy matchup, although he has just three hits in his first 15 at-bats on the season.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
