Aaron Rodgers Has Opportunity To Rebound In Week 10
6 years agoGreen Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers has a good opportunity to return to elite form in a Week 10 matchup against a vulnerable Miami Dolphins defense. While Rodgers has not been a disaster this season in fantasy, he has underperformed expectations. Green Bay’s offensive scheme is outdated and ineffective, but Rodgers has been dealing with that for years. The bigger culprit is a knee injury that Rodgers suffered in Week 1. While Rodgers has been participating fully in all activities as of late, the knee is still on his mind. Rodgers has not had the ability to extend plays which has led to far more throwaways than normal. Additionally, he has been hesitant to plant his feet when he throws which has led to a drop in accuracy. He looked good in Week 8 but seemed skittish in Week 9 when he finally shed a knee brace he had worn all season. Rodgers is getting healthier and more confident each week and should return to form soon. His week in and week out ceiling is still very high. Taking that into account along with his potential as well as the matchup and Rodgers is still an elite fantasy option who should be started in all circumstances.
