Byron Marshall Out 2-4 Weeks
6 years agoWashington Redskins running back Byron Marshall (ankle) is expected to miss two to four weeks with an ankle injury, according to a source. Marshall injured himself in the preseason game on Thursday. The 'Skins also had Samaje Perine injured, but he should be fine. With rookie Derrius Guice (knee) lost for the season, Rob Kelley and Perine should battle it out for early-down duties with Chris Thompson in the third-down role. Marshall didn't have much fantasy value to begin with behind Thompson. Kapri Bibbs should see more repetitions with Marshall out.
