Aaron Hicks Expects To Be Ready Friday
6 years agoNew York Yankees outfielder Aaron Hicks (ankle) rolled his right ankle running out a ground ball on Thursday, but he thinks he'll be able to play on Friday. The Yankees will monitor him and make sure he didn't get stiff overnight. Infielder Neil Walker has been in right field the last six games with Aaron Judge (wrist) on the disabled list and Giancarlo Stanton nursing a hamstring injury. Hicks has been a fine fantasy weapon, hitting .254/.365/.480 with 20 home runs, 57 RBI and nine stolen bases on the season. Hopefully he'll be back in the Bombers lineup Friday.
